A&S Inducts Alumni and Emeritus Faculty Into Hall of Fame
A&S will induct new members into its Hall of Fame Oct. 11, 2013, to join the ranks of the current 32 alumni and 8 emeritus faculty A&S Hall of Fame members.

鈥淎s soon as I got to the reception dinner everyone was just smiling,鈥 said Adesuwa Ighodaro, the first recipient of the Paul G. Sears endowed scholarship in chemistry.
The scholarship, initiated in 2008, was created in honor of Dr. Paul G. Sears to assist undergraduates studying chemistry at the 糖心vlog官方入口. Dr. Sears earned his B.S. in Industrial 糖心vlog官方入口 in 1950, as well as his Ph.D. in 1953 from UK, but the connection he has with the university doesn鈥檛 end there.
鈥淢y roots at UK run deep,鈥 said Dr. Sears.
